Course Objective
The vDesk Basics course is inteded to provide attendees with in-depth introduction to vDesk concepts

System architects, system administrators, IT managers and individuals from RingCube customers or partners that want to familiarize themselves with desktop virtualization and vDesk.

vDesk Administration (3-Day) Course Outline

Course Objective
The objective of the course is to teach attendees the skills need to plan for, install, configure and manage a vDesk deployment. The vDesk Administration course begins with an introduction to desktop virtualization and vDesk concepts in day 1. Day 2 and 3 of the vDesk Administration course will provide the information necessary to install, configure and manage vDesk in a production deployment.
