How do I obtain a username and password to the RingCube Support Portal?

If you are an enterprise admin who has purchased or is already in trial with RingCube's vDesk product, please contact either your sales representative or send an email to supportportal@ringcube.com and request a login to the RingCube Support Portal.

I forgot my Support Portal username and/or password. How do I retrieve them?

By default your Support Portal username is the email address you provided to evaluate the product (typically your work email address).
If you have forgotten your Support Portal password, please visit the Support Portal login page, click on "Forgot your password?" link and an email with a temporary password will be emailed to you within a couple minutes. If you do not receive this email within five minutes, please check your Junk folder. If you continue to have any problems logging into the RingCube Support Portal, please send an email to supportportal@ringcube.com detailing the issue you are having.

How is the information I provided to RingCube used?

During the registration, your username and email address are the only required fields that are necessary. We take privacy and the security of customer information very seriously. We do NOT sell or share our customer information with any other companies. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

Where do I download the latest vDesk version?

All vDesk documentation and product downloads are available within the RingCube Support Portal .
The vDesk downloadable files are available only to our vDesk customers. Please contact sales at sales@ringcube.com if you would like to evaluate vDesk.

What are the differences between vDesk and MojoPac?

What is RingCube username and how is it different from mojopac.com username I registered before?

With the launch of the new RingCube website, we have changed the name of the field to RingCube username. It is the same username as the previous mojopac.com username and you should be able to enter your mojopac.com username in RingCube username field to log into our website.

Why does my MojoPac update to the latest version automatically? Can I disable it?

"Automatic Updates" is enabled by default in MojoPac to download the latest updates and install it when it becomes available. MojoPac Deluxe customers can disable the "Automatic Updates", but MojoPac Freedom users will NOT be able to disable it.

Does MojoPac support other OS besides Windows XP?

MojoPac supports Windows XP operating system only.

Mac users can run MojoPac within Parallels Desktop software or VMware Fusion.

There's no immediate plan to support Linux operating system at the moment.

What applications can I install within MojoPac?

Certain applications that use kernel-drivers may not work generically inside of MojoPac. We plan to provide a generic framework that will extend support to an even broader set of applications that require kernel drivers in 2009.

What is the minimum USB device size to install MojoPac?

MojoPac takes up less than 40MB of your device space. However, the applications you would like to install within MojoPac may require large disk space (for example, MS office may take up several hundreds MB.) We suggest users to use a USB device with minimum 500MB, and upgrade to larger storage device depending on the applications and data users would like to carry.

Can I install MojoPac on iPhone, Blackberry or any cell phones?

Some cell phones allow users to add additional storage that can be used to install and carry MojoPac. These phones have USB connections so that you can directly connect them to your PC and use the drive to store files like any external USB storage device. You can install MojoPac on such cell phones like the way you install MojoPac on any external USB device.
