This site is owned and operated by RingCube Technologies, Inc. We understand you value your privacy. At RingCube, we want to make your experience online and use of our products and services satisfying and safe. This Privacy Policy governs information you provide to us or we learn from your use of mojopac.com (our “Website”) as well as your use of RingCube’s products (the “Products”). Currently our Products include MojoPac Freedom, MojoPac Deluxe, MojoPac Enterprise Suite and MojoPac Usher. It tells you how we may collect, use and in some instances share this information we learn from your use of our Website and our Products. 2. Information We Collect And How We Use It
RingCube offers software that enables users to turn a data storage device (such as an iPod or USB drive) into a portable virtual desktop – complete with data, applications and user settings – and run it on any Windows PC. Our Website is designed to promote, distribute and support this software. In order to provide and enhance our Website and Products, we may collect the following types of information:
- Voluntary Information Collection. RingCube collects personal information that users enter into RingCube through the Website. Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, birth date, or billing information. The types and amount of personal information collected for these activities will vary depending on the activity. We use this information to provide our services, to tailor your user experience, and to prevent fraud.
- Cookies.We may place a text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. - MojoPac Freedom Information Practices. Certain statistical information may be collected from users of MojoPac Freedom. This information may include the profile of applications used in your MojoPac environment, geographic location, mobility and related types of information. This information is collected and used for diagnostic purposes, for research and development, and to improve our relationship our Products and our relationship with you. Information collected from your use of MojoPac Freedom may be used to tailor advertising or other marketing messages to users. Information collected from your use of MojoPac Freedom may be gathered and aggregated with the information we learn from other users. RingCube may share this information, in an aggregate manner, and in a way that will not identify you or any other individual user, with trusted third parties.
3. Children
Children under 13 should not send any information about themselves to RingCube. If a child under 13 submits information through any part of the RingCube web site, and we learn the person submitting the information is a child, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible. Because we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13, we do not use or disclose such information to third parties.
4. RingCube Transfer And Information Sharing Policy
We do not share personal information collected through the Website or Products with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We provide personal information to trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. 5. Merger or Bankruptcy
If RingCube should ever file for bankruptcy or have its assets sold to or merge with another entity, information RingCube receives from you from this service is a RingCube asset and may be transferred.
6. International Visitors And Customers
This web site is hosted in the United States. If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States which does not have the same data protection laws as the EU and by providing your personal data you consent to:

If users of MojoPac Freedom should opt-out of receiving commercial messages then access or use of MojoPac Freedom will be discontinued.

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also revise the “last updated” date on the Privacy Policy. For changes to this Privacy Policy that may be materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of personal information you have provided to us, we will attempt to obtain your consent before implementing the change.
