Senior Software Engineer
Location: Mountain View, CA
Term: Full Time
Travel: None
Functions:
- Design, develop and maintain areas of RingCube's Windows virtualization platform
- Provide technical leadership for windows kernel and device driver issues
- Follow good software development practices (Functional specs, Design specs, Code reviews)
- Work with a team of engineers and lead the delivery of part of the product release
- Work with the QA team and design processes to comprehensively test the product
Requirements:
- Significant experience with kernel internal development
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS internals, plug and play, WDM, IFS, networking
- Experience with various API interception technologies
- Excellent knowledge of C/C++ and x86 assembly
- Excellent team work and communication skills
- BS/MS in CS/EE or equivalent
- Knowledge/Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus
Marketing Communications, Director
Location: Mountain View, CA
Term: Full Time
Travel: Minimal
Functions:
- Leads all marketing communication projects and team members including various consultants and contractors
- Ensure all marketing campaigns support the overall company go-to market strategy, quarterly revenue targets, and pipeline growth
- Designs, develops and executes marketing communication plans with a keen focus on demand generation and category evangelism, specifically desktop virtualization and its subcategory of workspace virtualization
- Responsible for media strategies that successfully deliver key messages to targeted media outlets
- Responsible for outbound communication on corporate website, blogs and social media channels
- Responsible for SEO and SEM strategy planning, execution and purchases
- Works closely with inside sales, field sales, sales management, product management, and members of the executive staff on go-to market planning
Requirements:
- Individual must possess Enterprise marketing experience from both large and small high tech companies, preferably in Silicon Valley
- Individual must be a strong communicator, have excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills
- Individual must possess strong leadership skills, be able to motivate, influence others and a relentless work ethic typical of a Silicon Valley startup
- Individual must be able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a changing environment
- Virtualization, PC management, and/or Enterprise software experience is preferred
- BS/BA or MBA required.
